Where we are today: TRiiSUM's booking platform has not launched yet, so we do not currently process account, booking, or payment data. This policy covers the waitlist site only and will be expanded before the full product (with accounts, bookings, and payments via our payment partner Swich) goes live.

1. What we collect

When you join the waitlist, you may provide:

Name (optional)
Email address
Role you selected (e.g. Traveler, Creator)

This information is currently stored only in your own browser's local storageto remember your queue position on return visits — it is not transmitted to or stored on TRiiSUM's servers at this time. Clearing your browser data will remove it.

If you email us directly (hey@triisum.com), that message and your email address are received in our mailbox like any normal email.

2. Cookies and similar technology

We use browser local storage (not third-party cookies) to remember your waitlist entry. We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. See ourCookie Policy for details.

3. Third parties

We do not sell or share waitlist information with third parties. As of today, no data leaves your browser through this site.

4. Your choices

You can clear your waitlist entry at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. To ask a question or request something about your data, contact us athey@triisum.com.

5. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

6. Future updates

Once accounts, bookings, and payments launch, this policy will be significantly expanded to cover the data those features require (identity, booking details, payment processing via Swich, location, and communication preferences), consistent with applicable law. We'll post the update here with a new "Last updated" date.
